The history of our company goes back to 1998, when, due to life’s circumstances, at the age of 18, Manuel Prieto took on the responsibility of continuing the work that his father, Mr. Manuel Prieto, had dedicated his entire life to. Those were challenging times — when our founder’s father became ill, and with little business experience, he had to decide whether to close the company or carry on. He chose to continue, and since then, we have proudly moved forward with dedication, effort, and perseverance.
Until 2003, the company’s main activity focused on coatings and painting. That same year, Manuel’s drive and ambition led him to take a step forward and expand into the construction sector in all its areas. Through hard work and commitment, he managed to establish Manuel Prieto Construcciones as a recognized individual enterprise.
In 2009, he founded CORECU CONSTRUCCIONES S.L.U., a name formed from the Spanish words COnstrucciones (constructions), REformas (renovations), and CUelliga (family name). Later, in 2015, he created Corporación Rehabilitadora de Comunidades y Urbanizaciones S.L.U., the company’s current name. Today, we are proud to be a well-established and highly respected firm in the construction and rehabilitation sector.
Our headquarters are located in Córdoba, within the Tecnocórdoba Industrial Park (Calle Polonia), in 500 m² of facilities that include our main warehouse, a metalwork and locksmith workshop, and an electrical installations workshop. We also have a technical and commercial office in Marbella, allowing us to manage and coordinate projects efficiently along the Costa del Sol. Our fleet consists of four industrial vehicles and two commercial vehicles, enabling us to operate effectively across different locations.
We have built a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals, committed to excellence in every project. Our staff includes construction workers, electricians, metalworkers, and painters, and we collaborate with trusted suppliers and subcontractors for all additional trades required on site. This structure enables us to deliver turnkey projects, regardless of their scale or complexity, always maintaining our hallmark quality and commitment to our clients.
